Qlemon Refills handle returns and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation.

If you are having an issue with your item, please get in touch with us first via our Contact page and outlining the issue. 

If we cannot resolve your problem and you are still unhappy with your purchase, you will need to return the items in their original packaging and the same condition as you received them within 7 days of date after receiving the item. We will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of Qlemon.com.au.

Qlemon Refills are not responsible for return shipping costs and these must be borne by you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

A full refund cannot be issued if the above returns policy has not been followed.
